We are taking great care to safely despatch your order, please be aware of a few current changes:

  • Despatch times are currently taking 2-5 working days on some items. 
  • In these unprecedented times, parcels shipped by Royal Mail can take even longer to arrive. In line with Royal Mails Covid-19 terms and conditions – parcel can take up to 10 working days to be delivered.
  • We are unable to guarantee Express delivery at this time.

We want you to have your lovely purchases as soon as possible, so we always work hard to ensure that all orders are despatched as quickly as possible.  We have noted below are our estimated delivery services, to help you decide which option is best for you.

UK Deliveries

Standard delivery by Royal Mail is FREE for all orders over £70 and £4.99 (£7.99 for bulky items such as our Wooden toy range) for orders under £70 .

Estimated delivery within 5-7 working days – excluding bank holidays and personalised products (turnaround time for personalised products is 1-3 working days + estimated delivery time).

If you require your order sooner:

Express Delivery by Royal Mail is £7.99 (£9.99 for bulky items such as our Wooden toy range). Place your order by 1pm Monday to Friday.*

Estimated delivery 3 working days – excluding bank holidays and personalised products (turnaround time for personalised products is 1-3 working days + estimated delivery time).

*Any orders placed after 1pm on Friday-Sunday will be shipped on the next working day. Orders placed on Bank Holidays will not be processed until the following working day. This may add one more day to delivery times.

We will do our best to ensure all items are delivered within the given timescales, however during busy periods such as Sales, back to school or Christmas, delivery’s may take longer than the times indicated above.

Please note, as we work with a few different UK suppliers, it is possible that items such as toys and personalised gifts might arrive separately.

Please note: European and International deliveries may be subject to duties or taxes once the parcel has reached the destination country. As these taxes are charged by the destination country’s customs authority it is the responsibility of the customer to pay. Kidspo cannot be held liable for any items held in destination country’s customs.

Returns

We really do hope that you love your order, however if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will happily offer an exchange or full refund of the goods purchased (excluding delivery costs).

You can return your item(s) to us within 28 days of receiving your order and provided that the garments are in their original condition with labels attached, we will arrange a refund or exchange (whichever you prefer).

PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.

You can return your items in 2 simple steps:

  1. Complete the returns form and address label included in your order. You can contact us via the contact page if you new a new Returns form.
  2. Package the items carefully, with each item in its original condition and with all labels attached.

Upon receipt of your items, we will issue a full refund (excluding the delivery charge). Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and usually appear in your account within 10 working days.

Great care and attention is taken to despatch quality products, however if you do receive a faulty or incorrect item, please return the item to us within 10 days of receiving your order and a full refund (or an exchange, if preferred) will be issued, including the initial delivery charge.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We highly recommend you send your returns using a method that can be tracked.
